Frequently Asked Questions

General

  • Walk-ins are welcome when time allows. Availability depends on the day and the artists working. For larger pieces or specific artists, it is always best to reach out ahead of time.

  • You must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID. We do not tattoo minors.

  • Space in the shop is limited, so we ask that you keep guests to a minimum. In many cases it is best to come alone so the artist can focus on the work and the environment stays calm and professional.

Tattoos & Healing

  • Eat a good meal beforehand, stay hydrated, and get a good night’s sleep. Avoid alcohol before your appointment and wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattoo area.

  • Most tattoos take about two to four weeks for the surface skin to heal. Complete healing underneath the skin can take longer. Following proper aftercare is important for the best results.

  • Yes. Cover-ups depend on the size, color, and condition of the existing tattoo. In many cases a consultation is needed so the artist can determine what will work best.

Booking & Appointments

  • You can contact the shop directly by phone to start the process. The artists also accept requests through their individual pages. We will review the idea, discuss placement and size, and schedule your appointment.

  • Many appointments require a deposit to secure the time slot. Deposits go toward the final cost of the tattoo and help ensure that artists can reserve time for your project.

  • If you need to move your appointment, contact the shop as soon as possible. Giving enough notice helps us adjust the schedule and may allow your deposit to transfer to a new date.

  • Pricing depends on the size, detail, and time required for the tattoo. Most work is priced by the hour, but small pieces may have a minimum charge. Your artist will discuss pricing with you before the appointment.
